London Tube Evacuation - Rucksack Again; Bus also had Explosion

From Times:

A British Transport Police spokeswoman said the incidents were "ongoing".

The reported nail bomb explosion occurred at Warren Street Tube. Passengers at Warren Street, on the Victoria line, reported seeing smoke. One passenger said that another passenger's rucksack had exploded on the train but no-one was injured, including the passenger in question.

An explosion was also reported on a bus at Hackney in East London.

Police said that there were no reports of any casualties at this stage.

A passenger said where the explosion happened, there was a young man who was holding or wearing a rucksack, which was blown open by the force of the explosion. The man looked extremely dismayed, alarmed and made some exclamation, “I don't know what it was.”

Fortunately the train was only 15 seconds from pulling into Warren Street when the explosion happened and the evacuation was orderly.
